Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange for most items. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We accept returns on thobes and other clothing items unless they have been worn or washed. Please ensure the item is in a resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalized items. Items marked as “Final Sale. Items with specific tailoring requests or from the collection.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Please email us at [contactverrio@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Pack the Item: Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during return shipping. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit. Refunds & ExchangesRefunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds can take 15-25 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If we have the item in stock, we’ll process your exchange as soon as the original item is returned at our judgement and discretion. Verrio Slippers reserves all rights as to whether an order is to be refunded or not.
